Program Guidelines and Terms
If a new product purchased from NightCareStore.com does not meet your expectations and standards, and you are not happy with it, you may return it with your receipt within 30 days of purchase for a refund, merchandise credit or exchange. Returns are subject to the following terms of the 30-Day Return Guarantee:
The products must be returned by the original purchaser and include the original, dated sales receipt; we are unable to accept returns under this program without the original dated receipt. The returned product must be in same-as-new condition, in its original packaging and include all original parts and literature. This means we cannot accept back under this program any worn, dirty and/or damaged products, including any that are in an unsanitary condition.
Exclusions
This 30-day Return Guarantee is applicable for end-users only and does not apply to businesses and commercial accounts.
Return Merchandise Authorization number
You will need to email or call our NightCare Customer Service to request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If you want to make a return, click here here to contact our Customer Service team and request the RMA number. Because your feedback is valued and will help us improve our customer satisfaction, we we would also appreciate your feedback when you request your number as to what you think will help us improve our customers' satisfaction for the future.
Large Items, restock charge
Large returned products weighing more than 75 lbs. will be subject to a 15% return-handling charge. This includes the mattresses and toppers.
Return address
Return the product to Allied Aerofoam, LLC, Consumer Products Division, Service and Returns Manager, 5000 Westpark Drive, Atlanta, GA, 30336 which is our fulfillment center. Make sure to reference your RMA number on the packaging and in all correspondence, and make sure you have included everything.
Return shipping to us
You are responsibe for the expense of the return shipping. It is strongly advised that the return shipment be sufficiently insured to protect you as the sender in case of damage (if any) which may occur in the return shipping.
When your 30 day return program ends
Your NightCare product warranty remains in place for you. Refer to your warranty or contact our Customer Service team if any questions arise. We highly value you as a customer, and your satisfaction and feedback are very important to us.
